These updates improve the visualization and organization of information. Refer to the internal support material for more details.
New discard status filter in the Publications module: A filter in the Publications module to view publications with all links discarded. This feature will not be communicated to all customers due to its relevance, but Support and CS can inform specific customers as needed.

This button offers the option to generate specific appointments or tasks for each link, facilitating the management and assignment of responsibilities. Additionally, if configured, the folder owner will be automatically included as involved in the created appointment or task.

Expansion of Coverage for Proceedings

With the release of the 2FA functionality, it was possible to resume monitoring of Proceedings for confidential consultations in systems that require two-factor access. In addition to confidential consultations, other Courts/Systems also had their monitoring reactivated this June.

Expansion of Coverage for Electronic Notifications

We continue to release the functionality of using the A1 Certificate as a login method for monitoring electronic notifications. Now the entire database is able to configure credentials in systems such as TJSP and TJRJ, as well as TRF 5 and JFRN, which are close to being released.
